A note about Digital Artwork
Production delays can occur when digital artwork is provided in the wrong format. Time can be lost in efforts to convert files that are submitted without following the information guidelines below. Please contact us if you have any questions about the suitability of your digital files or any of our format requirements.
Artwork should be in a vector format or high resolution bitmap. Simply because the art file is a vector format such as EPS does not mean it will be clean and useable. If there are any issues with the artwork provided, we will happily work with you to get your files to an accetpable quality. Please keep in mind that art charges may apply if artwork needs to be recreated*. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that will not meet our standards of product quality when reproduced with our equipment and processes.
Adobe Illustrator (saved as .eps and convert all text to outlines)

CorelDraw (version 18 or earlier, type converted to curves)

Image resolution should be a minimum of 300 dpi at 100% imprint size for best reproduction
All fonts used in artwork must be either outlined or included and packaged with design files. Failure to do so will result in our inabilitiy to produce your order causing delays.
File name included in the file extension (i.e. filename.eps)
When assigning a color to art or text, please use a PMS color. This will work for process or spot colors.

Artwork will be billed at $60.00 per hour. Minimum art charge is $15.00
